Roommate Organizer

The app was collaboratively developed by a six-member Agile team, segmented into roles encompassing database management, frontend and backend development, and Scrum master duties. This web app streamlines tasks and financial duties for co-living scenarios. Crafted with React, its design prioritizes user needs and fosters component reusability. Initial features rolled out included room management (such as creating rooms and adding/removing roommates), secure login, a shared shopping list, and a chore list with user specifications. The backend infrastructure, bolstered by Jinja2 and SQLalchemy, ensures a solid database foundation for data storage and retrieval. This project offered invaluable insights into real-world development scenarios.
