Stone

A dynamic IT governance web application, crafted with Express.js, HTML, CSS, and SQL, specifically designed to elevate the workflow efficiency of Stone's expansive tech team of over 500 members. Before development, I conducted 20 in-depth user-needs interviews to understand internal customer's pain points. I later conducted 8 benchmark interviews where I investigated best practices from 8 giants in the tech realm, including IBM, Slack, VMWare, and RedHat. The Web App condensed in an easy way the necessary regulations a developer needs to follow when building different kind of tech products at Stone.
